Why my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?

Why can’t the power reach 65W?
To reach 65W, you need to use a cable that supports PD 3.0 and a device that supports PD 3.0 input such as the 2021 MacBook Pro 16″.
Why is the charging mode not super fast charging when charging 2 devices simultaneously?
The portable charger battery pack is not in super fast charging mode when charging multiple devices simultaneously. It is in super fast charging mode only when charging only 1 device.
