Will this work with a regular TV?
As long as your TV has an AUX audio output jack, the SoundJet R2 will work with it.
Will I get audio lag or lip-sync delays with my headphones?
Your headphones must support either aptX Low Latency or aptX Adaptive in order to eliminate audio latency. Please note that most true wireless earbuds (such as AirPods) do not currently support these audio codecs.
Why is there no sound when I connect it with my PC’s USB port?
When connecting with a PC’s USB port, please make sure to set both the “input” and “output” as SoundJet R2 on your PC. You may also need to adjust the settings again in your VoIP app itself.
Can I connect my phone to the SoundJet R2 via Bluetooth?
No, as a transmitter, the SoundJet R2 is designed to only connect to audio devices (such as your headphones or AirPods) via Bluetooth.
